How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days depending on your destination. You receive a confirmation email right after payment, then your tracking information once your order ships.
How do I use it?
Cleanse your face, put the mask on with the strap, press the button and relax for 10 to 30 minutes. It is wireless, so you can move freely. Use it regularly for best results.
When will I see results?
Light therapy is a gradual routine. Many people notice a difference after several weeks of regular use, but results vary from person to person.
Is it safe for my eyes?
Lumino has eye cutouts: keep your eyes closed during a session and never look directly at the LEDs. Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, photosensitive, epileptic, taking photosensitizing medication or have a medical condition.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. For hygiene reasons, a mask whose original sealing has been removed and that has been used cannot be returned. Full details in our returns policy.
